Join an International Industrial Group
W.Diamant Group is a leading manufacturer and distributor of diamond tools for the natural stone industry. With three production plants in Spain and six subsidiaries across Europe and Turkey, the Group employs approximately 200 people and generates annual revenues of around €20 million.
We are currently looking for a Finance Controller / Accountant to take full responsibility for the accounting activities of our German subsidiary, W.Diamant GmbH, while working from our Group Headquarters in Usurbil (Spain).
Main Responsibilities
- Full accounting responsibility for W.Diamant GmbH (Germany).
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Monthly closing activities, accruals and provision calculations.
- Preparation of monthly financial reporting in Excel.
- Budget follow-up, variance analysis and profitability monitoring.
- Support VAT declarations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Coordination with external accountants, auditors and tax advisors in Germany.
- Intercompany reconciliations and reporting to Group Finance.
- Support continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or finance roles preferred.
- Strong accounting and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel user.
- German: high conversational and business level (mandatory).
- Professional working level of English.
- Spanish is a plus.
